Natural habitat

A dynamic environment where breakthrough ideas take root and develop. Our flagship Norrsken Accelerator and rotating programs provide the essential nutrients for early-stage growth, while industry events create valuable connections with investors and mentors. Here, Estonia's digital expertise combines with global networks to sprout and grow tomorrow's transformative companies.

Norrsken Accelerator

The Norrsken Accelerator backs founders building Europe’s sustainable and resilient future. Norrsken connects more than 50 000 founders, funders and supporters in a global ecosystem dedicated to positive impact. Coming soon to Tallinn.

The Common Ground

Flexible workspaces designed for both individual growth and collaborative success. From hot desks to dedicated offices, our co-working environment adapts to evolving needs while fostering a strong community. High-speed connectivity, thoughtfully designed meeting spaces, and professional support services create fertile ground for independent professionals or emerging teams and allow ideas to cross-pollinate.

Culinary garden

The epicenter of community life. Our food hall features eight distinctive culinary concepts, creating a nourishing environment for casual meetings, celebrations, and daily interactions. Quality, variety, and atmosphere combine to make this more than just a place to eat—it's where relationships flourish over shared experiences.

Creative Grove

A vibrant space where technology and creativity branch into new possibilities. Our studios and exhibition areas bring together digital and traditional art forms, fostering cross-pollination between technologists and artists. This intentional mix adds essential perspective to the innovation process, creating richer solutions and unexpected collaborations.

Curated commerce

A curated selection of shops and services that showcase craftmanship, knowledge and aesthetics. From our signature bookstore and bakery to design-focused retail, these spaces find their audience to pick amongst the prettiest blossoms and tastiest fruits while connecting directly with the community.

The historic factory building, which opened in 1899 and produced metal devices and heavy machinery, will transform into Kasvuhoone (literal translation: "the Growth House") – a modern creative hub where history and innovation intersect. The building's new era will sprout to life in collaboration with Danish architectural firm COBE and KOKO Architects. Construction will begin in late 2025, and the first shoots will see the light of day in 2027.

Kasvuhoone is located in the heart of the Krulli neighborhood, in the middle of North Tallinn’s main artery

The 15,000 m² space brings together startups, creative industries, community initiatives and more to thrive together - here, groundbreaking ideas take root for expansive growth.

Founders' story

Kasvuhoone will become the largest incubator for future-oriented businesses

Kasvuhoone was created by Taavet Hinrikus and Sten Tamkivi, founders of investment firm Skaala.

Both are experienced technology entrepreneurs who share a desire to contribute to the development of projects with meaningful and lasting impact. Through Kasvuhoone, they are committed to encouraging and supporting new entrepreneurs by creating an international and diverse community of which they themselves are a part.

Skaala’s goal is to create an inspiring environment where bold and innovative ideas can be tested, developed and implemented.

The creation of Kasvuhoone is carried out by the Krulli quarter’s expeditious team alongside partners from Estonia and abroad.
